This elegant house offers luxury Bed and Breakfast accommodation in a beautiful, tranquil setting.

Highfield House is a newly built property sympathetically finished in local granite and red cedar, situated away from the quiet access lane, in its own grounds of over four acres and faces south and west. Many visitors are struck by the palpable silence at night and the absence of intrusive light.

The house has every facility for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Running the length of the south side, there is a wide terrace where, on warm evenings, guests may enjoy a drink or just gaze at the view.

The drawing room has an inglenook fireplace and an oak-beamed ceiling. Here, guests may sit and read, watch television and sip a complimentary glass of sherry. Breakfast is served in the magnificent oak-floored dining hall which has French windows opening to wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.

All the bedrooms are spacious and enjoy modern en-suite facilities including wi-fi broadband connection.
